Innovation East
?Innovation East is a regional innovation and technology transfer service for the East of England, with offices at the St John's Innovation Centre in Cambridge, the Hertfordshire Business Incubation Centre in Stevenage and at the Norfolk Network in Norwich. Organisation’s focus is the promotion of innovation and the transfer of innovative technologies, regionally, nationally and globally.
Wales Innovation Relay Centre
The Wales Innovation Relay Centre (WIRC) is the Welsh arm of the European-wide IRC network, created to stimulate transnational technology transfer and promote innovative services. Hosted and part-funded by the Welsh Development Agency, it forms part of the Technology and Innovation group and works closely with regional business development managers in other key areas of the Business Support department.

RTC North
RTC North works in partnership with organisations around the world and provides access to international technology opportunities. RTC North is a local IRC node for the North East and North West of England.
Chamber Link
ChamberLink offers a direct route to the advice, information and resources you need to support business in Greater Manchester area. ChamberLink is the IRC partner for the Northwest of England, offering free support and advice to businesses in Cheshire, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cumbria, and Merseyside.
Coventry University Enterprises
The Midlands Innovation Relay Centre is the local node within the IRC network. The Innovation Relay Centre network is the official EC innovation and technology transfer support service, providing companies with access to European partners for technical cooperation, research, licensing, manufacturing and joint venture agreements. The Midlands IRC is the regional support centre for Coventry and Warwickshire, Derbyshire, Herefordshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Rutland, Shropshire, Staffordshire, The West Midlands and Worcestershire.

Targeting Innovation
Based in Glasgow, Targeting Innovation delivers IRC services in Glasgow, Dunbartonshire, Lanarkshire, Renfrewshire, Forth Valley, Fife, the Lothians, Ayrshire, Dumfries & Galloway and the Borders. It also co-ordinates all services across Scotland.
Highlands and Islands Enterprise
Based in Inverness, HIE delivers services in the Highlands and Islands. The HIE network consists of Highlands and Islands Enterprise, and ten local enterprise companies (LECs).

Set up in May 2005 and based at Irkutsk State Technical University, RIC is a Coaching Network Agent for Siberian Federal District. The territorial coverage of RIC includes Irkutsk region, Republic of Buryatia, Chita region, Ust-Ordynsky Buryatian Autonomous District, Aginsky Buryatian Autonomous District.
Innovation Centre Koltsovo, Koltsovo, Novosibirsk region
Nonprofit Organisation “Innovation Centre Koltsovo” (ICK) was founded with technical assistance of TACIS in 2000 in order to implement development programme of Koltsovo as Science City of the Russian Federation. ICK acts in four areas: city development agency, consultancy, training center, technology transfer center. ICK belongs to the Novosibirsk Technopark structure. Its specialization is development and promotion of innovation and investment projects.
Tomsk International Business Center “Technopark”, Tomsk
the only regional organization established by the Regional and City Administrations, higher educational institutions, R&D organizations and major industrial enterprises of Tomsk as a business support infrastructure with the purpose of solving problems of industrial, entrepreneurial, research and educational areas at the inter-regional and international level.
Vologda Research Coordination Centre of the Central Economics and Mathematics Institute of RAS (VRCC CEMI RAS), Vologda
The mission of VRCC is scientific support of social and economic transformation processes, in particular, in Vologda region. In its activities, VRCC co-operates largely with R&D institutes and universities of the region.

Technopark “Aviatechnocon” of Samara State Aerospace University, Samara
The main objectives of the Technopark are: creation of favourable environment for research departments of the University developing high-tech products; assistance in promotion of developed high-tech products to the market; development of support infrastructure for innovation businesses; integration of innovation projects from research departments of the University with interested SMEs and industrial enterprises; development of production capacities.
Innovation Technology Centre of Nizhny Novgorod State University, Nizhny Novgorod
was set up in 2000 with the functions of regional development agency for Nizhny Novgorod region and Privolzhsky Federal District.
Main areas of activity:
- consulting, including IPR;
- technology transfer;
- assistance to innovation SMEs;
- educational services in the innovation area.
ITC is a representative of the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises (FASIE) for Nizhny Novgorod region, acting as a contact point for the START federal programme in Privolzhsky Federal District.
The Technopark was founded in 1993 for commercialization of scientific developments of Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (MEPhI). At present, the Technopark comprises over 20 small innovation enterprises, a training center, a certification center, a high tech incubator for young entrepreneurs.
Saratov State Technical University, Saratov – SSTU focuses its efforts at development of fundamental and applied research, creation of high technologies, commercialization of R&D products.
